Acceptance of Terms By signing up for the free trial or using Fonebill services during any paid subscription period, the user (“subscriber”) automatically agrees to all Terms & Conditions and the Refund Policy stated herein. These Terms apply digitally to all subscribers upon: Account creation Renewal of any subscription If a subscriber does not agree with these Terms, they must uninstall the Fonebill App and discontinue use of the Web Software immediately. Continued access or use of Fonebill constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 3. Account Linking and Password Recovery Each subscriber account is linked exclusively to the registered email ID used during signup. Subscribers may update or change their registered email ID anytime through the Fonebill Web Software panel. If a subscriber forgets their password: A reset link will be sent only to the registered email ID. Password reset links will not be sent to any other email address. Manual verification or alternate reset methods are not allowed. Each subscriber is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and accuracy of their registered email ID. 4. Free Trial Policy Every new user is entitled to a 7-day free trial starting from the date of registration. During the trial period, users have full access to all modules and features available in the Fonebill Mobile App and Web Software. Important trial notes: A valid email ID is required to activate the trial. Once the trial ends, access will be restricted until a paid subscription is purchased. Users must choose a subscription plan based on their business type and required functionality. 5. Subscription Plans and Payments All payments must be made online only, using secure payment gateways provided within the app or website. No manual payments are accepted. Once a subscription is purchased, the user gains access to the selected modules and features for the full duration of the plan. Subscription fees are non-transferable and charged in advance. All details regarding plan pricing and duration will be shown prior to purchase.
6. Refund Policy After the free trial period ends, users must purchase a subscription plan to continue using the services. Once a subscription payment is made, ISYSTEM WEBNET SERVICES PVT. LTD will not issue any refunds under any circumstances, except in cases where a refund is explicitly approved by the company. If a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to the user’s original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. Refunds are not applicable in the following cases: Change of business decision Non-usage of the service after payment Accidental plan selection or duplicate subscriptions Users are strongly encouraged to make full use of the 7-day free trial before purchasing a subscription. 6. Service Access and Continuity Service access and subscription validity depend on the duration of the selected plan. If a subscription is not renewed before its expiry: Access to the Fonebill services will be automatically suspended until renewal. The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of: Terms & Conditions violations Misuse of the platform Activities that may be harmful to the system or infrastructure 8.
